OUR NEW HOME!!!

Take a look at our new home! we are so excited to finally be moving into our very own home. Evan was trying to keep it a secret from me so he could surprise me on mothers day but he's not very good at keeping secrets, besides i always know when he's hiding something from me. we went to see look at it one last time before it's finalized and Hudsen was so excited to finally have his own room. he told me "mommy, i really like this house" it was the cutest thing in the world!

So I got some interesting news the other day! I took a pregnancy test and it turns out Im pregnant again! I don't know how it happened but it did. My IUD supposedly fell out or its in my abdomen somewhere. I went to the doctor and they did an exam and an ultrasound and couldn't find it anywhere. Since I'm pregnant they want to hold off and wait til I have the baby to do an X-ray or a possible MRI! And if they find it I will have to have surgery to have it removed. I know kinda freaky! Everyone at the dr office says they've never heard of anything like this before even though theres a chance it can happen. So I'm officially 5 weeks and 4 days and my due date is Oct 4. Even though I'm still in shock Evan and I are very excited and feel very blessed to beable to have more children...even though it would have been nice to be a few months down the road. I guess we just need to be humbled a little. Looks like I was pregnant at our first wedding and I'll be pregnant at our second! I was looking forward to being cute and skinny the second time around...but there's nothing more special than being able to have children. Hudsen is very excited even though I'm sure he has no idea what is going on. When we ask him if he wants a baby sister or baby brother he always says baby sister, and he likes to kiss the baby in my belly.

We decided to take Hud on his first sledding trip and he had a blast! We took him to a small hill by our house and of course he was so bundled up he couldn't hold onto the handles. Every time we were about to let go he looked so scared and didn't dare move until he got to the bottom. As soon as he was done he would start laughing and saying "I did it, I did it." It was soo cute!!

Hudsen sure got spoiled this Christmas but orverall I think his favorite thing was the tractor he got from Grandpa Bob. He doesn't quite get how to steer yet so we have to chase him down the driveway to make sure he doesn't run into anything. Every day he says "I'na ride da traco, momm pease" its so cute of course I can't say no. Everyone definately spoiled him way too much this Christmas.

It's been quite a while since I have updated the blog and so much has happened. I'm starting my last semester of nursing school and will be graduating in May. Also on May 30 me, Evan, and Hudsen will be going through the temple to be sealed for ever. The past few months have been such a blur and I have a feeling its just going to keep going that way for a while. Hudsen will be turning two in March and I cant believe it. it seems like yesterday that he was just born. My last semester of nursing school is supposed to be pretty busy. I have to do a ton of capstone hours and leadership and community hours as well as go to school two days a week....but it will sure be worth it when Im done.
